Hart and Soul began in 1994 with a small selection of traditional natural cordials and hand-painted gift cards sold every Saturday at the St Andrews market in Melbourne. Responding to demand, the range quickly grew and has evolved into our current distinct selection of delicious gourmet foods.

Firmly establishing the brand in a competitive market, Hart and Soul Fine Foods are now stocked in delicatessens, cafes, home ware stores, gourmet grocers and food outlets across Australia.

Hart and Soul is solely owned and operated by founder Sarah Hart who has deliberately maintained a small enterprise so as to retain the essence of the original concept. Sarah manufactures then hand finishes all products herself.
